So true, when I was struggling I’d watch television very late into night. My sleep was really bad, which obviously impacted how I was feeling. Strange that when you are struggling with mental health you know what you should do to help yourself, but in fact do the opposite as it’s often the easy way out.
Really interesting article thanks. I think we are often too reliant on medication and although they should be readily available for people who need them, I definitely think there is something to be said for a more holistic and alternative approach.
